Airport Split
Airport Split, also named Resnik, is situated 25 kilometres from Split and 6 km from Trogir. Airport Split is relatively small, with one terminal and one runway. Since it gets very busy during the summertime with all tourist arrivals, in close future airport is expected to grow.
During the high season Airport Split is very busy destination of numerous regular and charter flights. National company Croatia Airlines has direct flights to all bigger European cities. Airport Split is directly connected to 75 destinations in 21 different countries.
Airport Split is the second busiest airport in Croatia, following capital Zagreb's Airport Pleso.
